15kgs in PURE BODY FAT GONE FOREVER!!

As apart of our new and improved programming we focus mid way heavily on motivation. Apart of feeling motivated comes with being around and in and environment with people who inspire, motivate and make you feel bloody good. The energy of those around you has a huge impact on your energy and the energy you output to others.

Today we want to feature Luke, whom you would’ve seen his results before as we have posted his amazing transformation up. This is something that hasn’t just been a focus for 8 weeks, but for life. To constantly strive for a better version of himself, while feeling confident within himself.

We asked Luke to answer a few questions and here they are:

1.What was it and or how did you feel that made you want to make changes to your health?

Originally I started to satisfy the old craving of ‘I wanna go to the gym to look good’. Back then I thought I was of average health and fitness but I soon learnt I was FARRR from this. Some challenging times at work and a sudden death of a student I was very close with made me build a connection with fitness and positive mental health. Training in the mornings is what sets me up for positivity throughout the day. It focuses is in my mindset and allows me to feel more energised, motivated and overall happy. It scares me to think where I would be in my life if I never started this journey my guess would be 125kg, drinking 5nights a week and depressed.

2. Why did you decide to join Technofunc?

I decided to join as my sister was a member at the Narellan gym. She had seemed some incredible results in her journey in both her physique and mindset. I knew I wanted to do this journey solo for me so I decided to jump on at the Campbelltown facility. I quickly made friends with the 5:15am crew there and loved everything Tfunc. Few months after I bought my partner down so we could smash these goals together. In 6months of being at Tfunc myself and my wife lost approx. 42kgs (10kgs me and her 30kgs). Not a day goes by that we aren’t thankful for this.

3. From when you first joined up until now what has been the biggest lesson you’ve learnt from Technfounc?

DISCIPLINE. I have learnt discipline. I have learnt to say NO and the reward it can bring. From waking up at 4:15am every morning. To finding a time to train each day and not let the excuses get the better. Learning when to call it a night and not over indulging. I have learnt how being in control of yourself and your body is a greater feeling than treating urself at every Occassion.

4. What was it that really made you and your result level up in a or on the challenge?

For me it’s the thought of being the best YOU can be. For so long I just cruised by thinking it’s ok to be a-bit lazy, have man boobs, eat whatever I want for dinner cuz I earned it by going to work today. A challenge teaches you that this mindset does not bring greatness. You have one life and time goes quick. I wanna be a beast but I want it yesterday. Hard work takes time but the journey is just as fun as the destination.

5. Why do you think the program is beneficial?

They keep accountable and they have a set timeframe. Working in a timeframe is something I enjoy doing. 8 weeks is essentially 2months or 28 days is 4 weeks. The FACTS are if you apply yourself you WILL get results in 4 weeks then snowball that to 2 months. So it’s pretty simple u smash your SMART goals for the 2 months, no excuses and u will reach the goal post. Then when u get to the try line, you extend the goal posts back another 100m and get to the next try line.

I will say the extra sessions, education and scans on the transformation program and challenges are worth every cent. If anything they are too cheap. Challenge keeps u challenged and you have to always be bettering yourself and reaching forward

Luke 🤟

Luke also says “ i feel confident in myself for pretty much the first time in my life. I now look for excuses to take my shirt off lol. Its a really cool feeling knowing iv gotten to that point that im poroud of but also dirving to get further in the future”
